
Reservations & Wellness
​To ensure you receive your preferred time, we recommend pre-booking as far in advance as possible. ​

Booking: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. No pre-payment is charged at the time of booking; the full service amount is payable upon checkout. (Please note: Gift cards cannot be used to hold a reservation.) ​

Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for all guests and staff. ​

Allergies: For your safety and the health of your skin, please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to specific ingredients or aromas when booking.​

Cancellations & Arrivals
We value your time and the livelihood of our service providers. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside exclusively for you. ​

48-Hour Notice: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully require at least 48 hours' notice. ​

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will require payment of the full service amount (via e-transfer to flourishptbo@gmail.com) before a new appointment can be booked. ​

Late Arrivals: To ensure quality for all guests, late arrivals may be subject to a fee. If you are 10 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and additional fees will apply.

​No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without communication will not be eligible for future services at Flourish. ​
​
Note: We understand that emergencies happen. Every consideration is given to individual circumstances before cancellation charges are applied.

The Studio Environment

​Child Safety: Our studio contains professional-grade concentrates, heated tools, and delicate equipment. For safety and the comfort of our guests, children are only permitted if they are receiving a service.

​Intake Forms: All new clients must complete the appropriate health and skin history forms prior to their first treatment. ​

Preparation:
Pedicures: Please bring flip-flops or open-toed shoes. ​
Lash Services: Please arrive with eyes free of makeup and remove contact lenses. ​
Manicures: If receiving regular polish, please factor in extra time for the polish to dry before leaving.​

Payments & Gift Certificates
Payment: All services must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, and E-transfer. ​
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to HST. ​
Gift Certificates: Available in any denomination. These are valid for daytime appointments only and must be mentioned at the time of booking. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Promotions
​
Monthly or seasonal specials are valid only for the timeframe specified and cannot be combined with other offers. ​Promotions cannot be split across multiple visits or shared between guests.

Returns & Satisfaction

​Our mission is to support your journey toward healthy, radiant skin. ​
Products: If a product purchased for home use is found to be defective, we offer exchanges or studio credit within 14 days of purchase (receipt required). We do not offer cash refunds on retail items. ​Services: We do not provide refunds on services rendered. However, if you have concerns about your treatment, please reach out to us within 48 hours so we can address them.
