COVID-19 Edition

WHAT TO EXPECT when you come to your appointment:
▪︎ Please come at your scheduled appointment time. We will not be tolerating any late arrivals at this time, as there is no wiggle room between clients as this time is needed for proper cleaning and disinfection of the shop to keep everyone safe and healthy against the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
▪︎ You will be greeted at the door for pre-screening with hand sanitizer and a mask if you do not have your own.
▪︎ Masks or face coverings MUST be worn for the entire duration of your visit by the both staff and client. Please refrain from touching your face, mask, hair or any other surfaces unless absolutely necessary.
▪︎ Please leave ALL personal and work items in your vehicle, at home or at work as they are not permitted in the shop.
This includes but is not limited to: laptops, purses, books, sunglasses, chapstick, jackets and phones.
IF you have nail inspo on your phone, please send it ahead of time before coming into the shop.
IF you require your phone for payment or booking, please disinfect it upon arrival and leave it at the entrance until the end of your service.
▪︎ Come alone. Still by appointment only. No visitors, friends or family please.
HERE'S WHAT'S STILL THE SAME:
▪︎ Accepting all forms of payment.
▪︎ No shows and last minute cancellations are still unacceptable.
It is mandatory that you reschedule your appointment to a later date and contact your local health services if you OR a member of your household are currently or have, within the past 14 days:
▪︎ Been experiencing symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, loss of sense of taste or any other flu-like symptoms, or have been around anyone with these symptoms.

▪︎ Travelled outside of Ontario to any known "hot spot" or travelled outside of Canada, or have been around anyone that has.
